At P&G, Product Supply Engineering provides innovative, cost-efficient supply solutions from raw materials to the store shelf.
We develop worldclass processes that provides the Company a clear competitive advantage. You’ll be designing and making the multimillion-dollar machines, plants and overall work processes that make the product. You will use your deep technical knowledge and leading-edge tools to improve the capability of processes and systems to reduce costs and increase productivity.

P&G's STANDOUT EMERGING LEADERS CAMP is a 3 day all expenses paid camp in August 2021 where you will meet with senior PS leaders and learn about both our brands and the amazing career opportunities in Product Supply. As a MPD Packaging
- Transform the packaging supply chains to enable MPD packaging to deliver on its core areas of ownership.
- Have direct ownership of the link to many functions to include Brand Pack-Dev R&D, PS leadership, Purchasing, Engineering, ect.
- Own Total Delivered Cost (net savings) ideation and delivery for specific supply chain ownership, day to day ownership of packaging supplier technical relationship to include Business Continuity Planning and quality audit readiness.
