We offer a range of sought-after internships, traineeships, apprenticeships, and co-ops for those interested in business management, marketing, finance, IT, science, engineering, and more. Internships vary in length from six weeks to 12 months, and take place all over the world, both in-person and virtually—we’ve received great reviews on our approach to internships during the COVID-19 pandemic.

P&G student programs include everything from hackathons and summer camps to seminars and workshops. These are a great way to get a glimpse into the world of P&G and the careers on offer here in less time than an internship.
If you’re a recent graduate, you could join one of our internships—which could act as a stepping stone into a full-time role with us. But if you’re ready to commit to P&G and want just as much support but more responsibility than an internship would give you, you should also think about applying for an entry-level position.

P&G internships are adapted to meet the needs of their locations. So, depending on where you are in the world, you will have the option to intern in person, virtually, or maybe both/either.
Each internship has different start and end dates, and range from anywhere between six weeks and 12 months in length depending on their locations and format. View the individual internship page that you're interested in to see details, including dates.
You don’t need to study a particular subject or have any previous experience to be considered for a P&G internship—after all, the aim of the internship is to give you the knowledge you need to kick start your career with us.
Our advice is to apply for an internship if you feel ready to truly begin your career. If you’re not familiar with P&G and what we do, or you’re looking for a more top-level experience, apply for a student program instead.
From Day 1, students work on business-critical assignments that make a lasting impact on the company. We have student internships across all of our career areas, where you could manage marketing budgets, meet face-to-face with our biggest customers, turn our scientific research to innovative products, and more.

Every year, many of our interns receive full-time offers—in fact, in the US, it’s between 70-80%! So it’s extremely important to us that you have a positive experience. You are the future of our company!
