TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

ABOUT BRAND MANAGEMENT

 

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for making sure we win with consumers' preferences in each of the following key touch points:

  1. When they learn about our product (e.g. Search, Social Media, Influencers, eCommerce, etc.)
  2. When they choose to buy the product (e.g. DTC, Brick & Mortar, Package Design, Pricing, etc.)
  3. When they use the product at home (e.g. product superiority via formulation and design, consumer research, etc.)

We want to hire Brand Entrepreneurs who are excited to drive constructive disruption through empowered, agile and accountable leadership. A dynamic combination of strategic, analytical, and creative skills allows for the innovation necessary to continue winning in a changing landscape.

P&G's STANDOUT EMERGING LEADERS CAMP is a 3 day all expenses paid camp in August 2020 where you will meet with senior Brand leaders and learn about both our brands and the amazing career opportunities in Brand Management. During the camp, participants will have the opportunity to interview for and gain early admission to the 2021 Summer Internship Program.
