P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

There are two ways students can get to know P&G IT, beginning with our student programs and camps which give you a chance to meet with senior IT leadership, find out more, and determine if an internship or future role is right for you. The second way is through a popular P&G IT internship. This is a chance for you to demonstrate your strategic and critical-thinking skills in combination with your technical mastery by creating solutions to business challenges while gaining exposure to the breadth of work in IT at P&G.

If you have recently graduated, you are eligible for a P&G internship or you can begin your career with us in one of our diverse, entry level IT roles. Roles 

INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Network Engineer - Delivers network products and enhancements, leads tech stack management, procurement and end-to-end compatibility. 
  • Cloud Engineer - Delivers commercialization, standardization, and governance of cloud computing applications to solve business problems. 

DATA & ANALYTICS

  • Marketing Technologist - Works directly with the brand and customer to drive revenue and improve business results.
  • Data Scientist - Practitioner of advanced analytics and big data applied to the company’s wicked problems.

DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER

  • Digital Product Manager - Accountable for understanding what clients and users want, setting the product strategy and roadmap, and guiding a cross-functional team as part of the product development process and full product lifecycle to ensure that the product delights clients/users and maximizes the economic value delivery to the business
  • IT Engineer - Leads the technical design and application development work, and owns change management.
  • Service Owner - End to end ownership of service fundamentals, strategy, results, architecture and initiatives.

IT SECURITY & INTEGRATED RISK MANAGEMENT

  • Cyber Security Specialist - Leads information security through digital forensics, ethical hacking, penetration testing, or incident response.
  • Security Ops Center Analyst - Executes incident response, security information, and event management technologies for the detection, triage, response, remediation and communication of security incidents.
