P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

P&G SUPPLY CHAIN RANKED AMONG TOP FIVE “SUPPLY CHAIN MASTERS” BY GARTNER.

P&G’s supply chain excellence has again been externally recognized by Gartner, a leading research and advisory company, with the release of its 2020 ‘Supply Chain Top 25’ rankings. Gartner named P&G as one of five supply chain ‘Masters’ – the sixth consecutive year P&G has earned this distinction. Gartner has been publishing the Supply Chain Top 25 annual ranking for 16 years, highlighting large manufacturers, retailers and distributors that demonstrate supply chain leadership in customer-driven partnerships, advanced analytics and corporate social responsibility.

Our supply chain performance during the coronavirus response demonstrated the strength of our network. Our P&G supply chain teams operated reliably in very challenging conditions; they were able to overcome new and changing industry-wide constraints, and they responded in record ways to meet increased demand as consumers relied on P&G products for their hygiene, health and cleaning needs.

Julio Nemeth, P&G’s Chief Product Supply Officer, said that being named a Supply Chain Master for the sixth year in a row “is an incredible honor, especially in light of the tremendous challenges our people and our supply network faced this year.”

“This recognition is a testament to the strength and resilience of our systems, and more importantly to the mastery, spirit and perseverance of every person in Product Supply. I could not be prouder. Thank you to our suppliers who have been true partners and thank you to Gartner for recognizing and celebrating every man and woman in Product Supply and throughout our supply network,” Nemeth said.

Gartner recognized what many of our consumers and customers experienced firsthand over the past few months as P&G leveraged digital capabilities, resilient supply chains and the power of our people to keep products on shelves. Gartner also acknowledged the strength of our sustainability program and the value that our synchronization efforts deliver.

‘Master’ criteria include being ranked among the top five for at least seven of the past 10 years. P&G, Apple, Amazon, McDonald’s and Unilever are the only companies in the ‘Master’ category. Masters are considered ‘above’ the Supply Chain Top 25 and therefore not included within the rankings. Gartner’s scoring is comprised of a mix of financial, corporate social responsibility and opinion-based components. Gartner created the Masters distinction to recognize an elite group for demonstrating long-term consistent excellence.
