P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

I am currently working on Global Network Services in the IT function at P&G. Normally for a person graduating IT or computer science, we don’t usually go to FMCGs as a company of choice. Our normal go-tos are start-ups and tech companies. But what I like about working for P&G IT is that we truly touch and improve lives by enabling the people behind our products through our solutions and innovation.

For me, IT in a global company like P&G is almost everything. It enables a lot of things like collaboration between P&G-ers through our tools. It also enables smart supply chains and smart factories to be able to digitize work and provide savings through less cost. At the same time, we are able to provide network connectivity that allow users, devices, tools and even our robots to connect to their network thereby allowing global exchange of information, collaboration, and global connectivity across 300+ P&G sites across the globe.
