We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. AS SOON AS YOU JOIN P&G AS A MANAGERIAL TRAINEE OR AN INTERN, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO BOTH OUR COMPANY AND CONSUMERS BY WORKING ON REAL-LIFE PROJECTS THAT TOUCH MILLIONS OF LIVES 

What this means in practice, is that we want to hire you as a Managerial Trainee/Intern, with the intention of helping you grow into a P&G Manager upon successful completion of this program.

We’re currently looking for candidates to join as a Sales Trainee or Intern. During your work, you will be a real business leader, responsible for strategically growing Sales in different retailers (stores), by driving insights from sales reports, negotiating contracts and planning initiatives.

Currently in Poland we are looking for candidates for:

Managerial Sales Traineeship (3rd, 4th and 5th year)

– This is a comprehensive 12-month program, after which – if successfully completed -  you will receive an offer of managerial employment.

Managerial Sales Internship – Work & Study (2nd & 3rd year)

– This is a program for younger students, or those who can only work on a reduced schedule (minimum 60%). Once successfully completed, you will receive an offer for the Managerial Traineeship.
