Presently, P&G serves consumers in India with one of the strongest portfolios of trusted, quality, leadership brands, including Vicks ®, Ariel®, Tide®, Whisper®, Olay®, Gillette®, AmbiPur®, Pampers®, Pantene®, Oral-B®, Head & Shoulders®, Herbal Essences® and Old Spice®.

P&G ‘makes in India’ and more than 95% of the products we sell in India are manufactured locally. The Company has invested more than 1 billion USD in India, in the recent past, in its endeavor to improve the lives of Indian Consumers.

To be eligible for the Program, you must have a confirmed offer for a full time MBA / PGDM Program from IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, XLRI Jamshedpur and SPJIMR starting June/July 2023. Selected finalists may also be offered summer internship opportunities with P&G India.

EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM 2022

The Emerging Leaders Program 2022 was a 2-day event attended by over 100 emerging leaders who had received confirmed offers from top B-Schools in India. During the event, participants had the opportunity to interact with the India Leadership Team and learn about the fundamentals of managing billion-dollar brands.
