P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

CES 2020 Honors Opte ™ Precision Skincare System in Annual Innovation Award

CES 2020, hosted by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), brings consumer technology innovation to the global stage. This year, P&G was named honoree of the prestigious CES 2020 Innovation Award Product for the upcoming release of the Opte ™ Precision Skincare System.

Incubated out of P&G Ventures, the startup studio within Procter & Gamble, Opte is returning to the marketplace with a Summer 2020 launch. The Opte ™ Precision Skincare System digitally scans the skin, analyzes the person’s complexion and camouflages age spots, sunspots and hyperpigmentation on contact while fading their appearance over time.

Consumers gently guide the Opte Wand over the face while a digital camera scans and detects spots and then applies a serum just where it is needed so that natural skin looks even and smooth. Breaking down technology, it is remarkable what the Opte Wand can do:
• The camera scans the skin with a safe blue LED light to find subtle age spots.
• A patented precision skincare algorithm analyzes the spots in real time.
• Precisely applies to each spot the Optimizing Serum, camouflaging the spot instantly and fading its appearance over time.

In many ways, the Opte launch is a dream come true for our innovation, product and marketing teams at P&G Ventures. Originally launched in 2019 with an overwhelming response and four ‘Best Of’ awards at CES, our teams built upon the market’s reception to make a faster, less expensive, and more portable device. This product’s ability to provide consumers fresh natural skin without any harsh additives, laser treatments and heavy makeup largely hinges on the remarkable creativity of these teams.

At the 2020 CES Innovation Awards, the Opte ™ Precision Skincare System was celebrated for brining smart technology to beauty and founding a new product category, “at-home precise skincare solutions”. Truly in a league of its own, Opte is nothing short of a breakthrough innovation in skincare technology.
