P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. P&G is well-known for providing the best launching career to fresh graduates. On Day 1, P&G has assigned me to be the IT Manager responsible for employee IT portfolios in the Singapore workplace that comprises of more than 2500 employees. In the past 2 years, my job scope has grown from project delivery, operations and vendor management at country level, to client management and portfolio governance at the regional level. As an Engineering fresh graduate, I have had the opportunity to practice skills that were not taught in the classroom, such as people management, influential communication  and strategic thinking, right from the start. Within the IT community in P&G, I have been provided IT mastery trainings and the top-notch career guidance in the industry, all of which prepares me to be a future CIO.
