HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT
We offer a range of STEM opportunities for high school students to learn more about this field. These include programs that enable students to work toward a STEM college degree and earn university credits while in high school, as well as hands-on, paid internships. Opportunities take place throughout the year and for different lengths of time so there’s sure to be an option that suits your availability.

Internships & Jumpstart Programs
PG Tech JumpStart Program (powered by INTERalliance)
Interested in a summer internship working in STEM but not sure if you have the right skills? Did you know that you can get paid $18 per hour to be trained by P&G! Each February, we offer a 8-week training program of 6 hours per week. It is completely virtual, with a mixture of live presenters and online courses. Subjects include but are not limited to how to work in the corporate world, exploring IT as a profession, and STEM-specific subject trainings. You will meet P&G professionals who work in the STEM field every day and they will teach you valuable skills to help with your schoolwork and future education/employment choices!
At the end of the 8 weeks you will have the opportunity to show us what you have learned with the opportunity to continue on to our full time 10 week summer internship program (more info below) where you will work on real life STEM projects that impact P&G's business.

PG Tech High School Internship Program (powered by INTERalliance)
Looking for your first IT resume experience? The PG Tech High School Internship Program is a 10-week paid summer internship, beginning in June, for high school students looking to further develop their STEM skills. We're looking for students who are passionate about technology and finding ways to apply it to solve problems and drive P&G's business needs.
Through this internship, you will get real life IT working experience impacting the P&G business with pay starting day one. The program includes a robust onboarding program and constant coaching and guidance by your manager and other P&G employees. The internship will be hybrid, with 1-3 days in the office each week, and up to 40 hours per week. Pay starts at $18/hour and is based on your graduation date.

Resident Scholars Program- Cincinnati
The P&G Resident Scholar Program (RSP) is a unique 4-day job shadowing experience designed to expose exceptional minority high school students (Junior or Senior) to careers leveraging a STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) degree.
Program participants are exposed to the exciting world of Research & Development at P&G. By the completion of the program, participants leave with a better understanding of (1) Applying a STEM background to research, (2) Working cooperatively in a team, and (3) Building a consumer product. The RSP experience continues through high school graduation with opportunities for training, mentoring, and leadership development, including opportunities to return to P&G as summer interns.

Aspire Program - Cincinnati
Are you interested in a science program? The Aspire program is for High School (Junior/Senior) and 2 Year Degree who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work. Onboards to P&G systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research. Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer.

Apprenti Cincinnati
This program connects people interested in STEM with open positions. As an apprentice, you’ll receive 2-5 months of immersive certified technical training before completing one year of paid on-the-job training at a company. Apprenti Cincinnati is open to all—all you need is interest, aptitude, and a great work ethic. Learn more >

College Credit Plus (CCP) Program
P&G partners with Cincinnati State on this Ohio statewide program. Qualified students in grades 7-12 take college courses to earn both high school and college credit, at little or no cost to the student. Learn more >

P&G is the first consumer packaged goods company in the United States to spearhead and implement a neurodiversity hiring program to include and promote the hiring of people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We currently have teams with these unique skills and capabilities in Cincinnati, Ohio, and San Jose, Costa Rica.
