“My discoveries as a scientist create lasting value for Oral-B consumers.”
I joined P&G as an Associate Scientist eager to expand my analytical and technical knowledge on electronic design. From Day 1, I was free to express my ideas, test theories and offer solutions on how to improve the electronic functionality of Oral-B electronic toothbrushes. Immediately I started developing an alternative electronic board vision for the Oral-B iO series. My recommendations influenced the products ultimate design before its illustrative debut as a 2020 CES Innovation Award Honoree.
Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at P&G. Working alongside researchers, scientists and data analytics experts, I am proud to be part of an award-winning team. Leading with a growth mindset, we are taught to see everything as a learning opportunity. My colleagues at the Kronberg site provide me immense support on my daily work and invest in my growth.
Working in the electronic hardware department, our team reimagines consumer health by embracing digitization and data analytics. P&G gives me the tools to apply precision to my own professional development, making me a better team member, researcher and leader.
