The best thing about working at P&G is definitely the people. I met truly amazing people on Day 1—and every day since. They were always very supportive and incredibly resourceful. I can easily say that I never learned as fast as I have in P&G. Very early on I was given responsibilities that forced me to take ownership on my projects and taught me how to deal with a complex and fast moving environment. Some days are challenging but you can always count on your team to support you. Moreover, it is a company that rewards dedicated work and engagement from its employees, which drives a very healthy working attitude.
