You won’t have to worry about promotions because P&G is always pushing you to reach a higher level.

Risham’s hard work was rewarded. “I started as a first years manager in P&G and now I’m the Senior Purchasing Manager. So they’re always grooming you for the next level. And that’s where it’s always challenging.”
