“I feel like part of something bigger.”
Julia Lobo Lehmann - Assistant Brand Manager for Healthcare Brazil
P&G does a great job of integrating interns into their culture from the very beginning. On my first day, I participated in Onboarding sessions about the P&G culture and how the Sales and Market Operations (SMO) group works on a daily basis. After that I met my team and talked with my manager about the details of my position and responsibilities. I knew that it would be a challenging job, and I felt like I was important from day 1. The biggest difference from other companies where I had friends working was that I didn’t feel like an intern, but like part of something bigger.
From that day on, I was always learning something new, both for my personal and professional life. I’m so glad P&G was my first internship, and that I had the opportunity to join as an ABM. I get to work on projects that impact the entire business: I was part of a medical recommendation program and a PR program that made the brand TOM in Brazil.
I want to look back and know that the brands I worked with are now more developed and delivering the expected results.
