I’m a Tax Manager for P&G Brazil, responsible for Indirect Taxes, Projects and Compliance. Different from most P&Gers, I was an experienced hired from Deloitte (an audit and tax advisory company) and had experience with Brazilian Employment Tax. I joined P&G for the opportunity to work with a different country and learn something new. In my current role, I focus on Argentinian employment tax, and I received a ton of training and support on the job.

I felt challenged, excited and motivated from day one at P&G. I was quickly trusted to take on new work, and I always have the opportunity to enrich my knowledge and experience to learn.

In my experience at P&G, there is always an incentive to do things in a different way, or try to look for solutions from another perspective. Even though it is hard to talk about innovation in compliance areas, where law and government are really strict, we always looked for opportunities to simplify or change the way we do things, always respecting the law.

I think that being part of P&G is something to be proud of. The opportunity to deliver meaningful results, and be recognized for your efforts, is something that I will take with me throughout my career.
