P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

I joined P&G knowing that I would work for one of the best companies in the world. P&G is a place where I can grow personally and professionally with people that share the same principles and values that I have.

In my current role, work as the IT/OT Plan Manager for San Martin Obispo and the Project Manager for the regional WH Team. I handle anything related to IT in San Martin Obispo, from network to applications and implementing WH solutions across all of Latin America.

It’s easy to see that people always strive to help others and to help their team - it is part of our culture. We have a very close community where everyone supports each other with their strengths and knowledge in order to help each individual grow and become better. In my case, I'm a mechanical engineer and had no knowledge of IT or management skills before joining P&G. Our culture helped make me successful at my job. I feel that I belong to P&G because every day people ask my opinion or let me know that what I’m doing is making an impact.
