P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

The Information Technology (IT) team at P&G provides me with the opportunity to play a transformational role in multiple areas.  Over the past 15 years with P&G, I’ve worked with things like supply chain systems, including automated warehouses and robots, and consumer marketing, including CRM and social media platforms.

I love that I get to first understand what the business needs to win, then design the system architecture, lead the rollout, and stay close to our people as they start using the new system. During my time at P&G, I’ve learned business process transformation, marketing, finance, and sales. I get to experience the latest technologies, including many innovative introductions like web-based applications, in-market iPADs, and mobile apps.

My first project at P&G was to develop a handheld solution to connect a state-of-the-art automated warehouse to the shipping area. I was amazed that P&G let me understand what was needed by visiting the site, talking to the people running the process, selecting the supplier, developing the solution myself and designing the roll-out and training plan.

In my current role, I am the IT Leader for a large business unit (20+ billion NOS).  My team uses leading-edge virtualization and visualization techniques to ensure that our products always have top quality packaging that you recognize instantly, online or on the shelf, in every country across the globe.

After more than 15 years at P&G, I still have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, and continue to learn every day. P&G invests in me, I work to ensure we develop the next generation of leaders.
