Amina Azmi – Sales

From Day 1, I was impressed with the company’s culture of diversity valuing the differences in academic backgrounds, cultures, and gender. I started my P&G career with a field job, in a conservative market, and I was happy to take that challenge supported by my family & the company. I was given the opportunity to manage 20 people as of day 1, and a portfolio of more than 10 brands in 4 cities. My scope continued to grow, and my learning grew even faster confirming the sentence I heard for a long time “ P&G is a school”:-). I continued my journey through different assignments and different cities/regions/ channels and categories in Morocco on internal as well as external jobs. My experience was enriched by an amazing international experience in Dubai managing 10 countries, new & emerging channels, and very exciting categories.

Back to Morocco, I was given new challenges on business and organization, and still feel as excited to come to the office as my Day 1, same values, but a bigger focus on gender diversity. Today, as a woman and mother, I believe P&G is the best place to be, and the company I will be always proud to belong to”.
