P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

The breadth of roles and special projects throughout my new hire career at P&G has diversified my sales experience and propelled my ability to strategically innovate within each role. From Day 1, P&G invested in training and development tools to ensure I was set up for success. My manager was a key contributor to my success, as an Account Manager on the Shopper’s Drug Mart customer team. His coaching during weekly connects, ongoing feedback and investment in my success helped to accelerate my category and customer mastery. My current role is a mix between market strategy and sales consulting, overseeing the Canadian Dish Care brand portfolio. I have the opportunity to mentor our Sales Account Managers in the field, providing the latest data insights and market perspective to enhance their sales proposals.

I’ve had a passion for social advocacy and volunteerism from a young age which continued throughout my university career. P&G’s investment in diversity and inclusion networks allowed me to lead initiatives that touch the lives of P&Gers and beyond. In 2018, I pioneered a full-year learning workshop centered around career development and personal wellbeing, as the Empowerment Leader for P&G’s Women's Network. The autonomy and support from my colleagues allowed the team to step-change our planning process and evolve the Empowerment Pillar into a toolkit for holistic development.

At P&G, our people are the core of our success and it is critical to continue fostering a supportive and collaborative culture. Currently, I am the Recruitment Leader for P&G’s Black Professional Network (BPN) partnering with Career Centers and Campus Clubs across Canada to increase Black candidacy and build a critical mass. This breakthrough work has been sponsored by our Canadian Leadership Team, with end-to-end support throughout the organization. These over-and-above initiatives, in conjunction with the meaningful work I do daily, make me proud to work at P&G!
