In both roles you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills to drive your career path where you choose.

The Associate Plant Technician (Boston) is an entry level position, doing basic tasks, designed for people with no relevant experience. For people with relevant experience in a manufacturing type environment or demonstrated skills in problem solving and demonstrated ability to work hands-on, the Plant Technician role (Andover) may be better suited for you. Starting wages for the positions are as follows:

• Associate Plant Technician (Boston) - $21.00 / hour
• Plant Technician (Andover) - $26.45 / hour
• = $54,000 annualized pay!
