Our Engineers are responsible for inventing, reapplying, and developing technologies, required to support the production process of our extraordinary consumer products, its multigenerational evolution and for handling the company’s billion-dollar capital investments.

Summary of Job Responsibilities

During your internship experience, you will be:

  • Conducting research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
  • Conducting testing and monitoring process performance throughout production.
  • Solving problems associated with manufacturing processes.
  • Estimating production costs.
  • Modifying and optimizing existing equipment and processes.
  • Monitoring processes and working to maintain continuous manufacturing process optimization.
  • Monitoring of equipment, including periodic testing and ensuring that maintenance tasks are carried out.
  • Assisting process technicians with solving should problems arise.
  • Data collection, interpretation and report writing.
  • Analyze and study the execution of continuous improvements, investments and replacement of parts or production units.
  • Establish and implement the action plan for your production line in collaboration with your coordinator and work teams.
  • Establish the required safety and quality processes and ensure compliance with them.
  • Optimization of the resources allocated to their budget and production line.
  • Responsibility for the continuous improvement of the processes of your line to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Love to work with manufacturing teams on the development, analysis and recommendations for the operational strategy, including the production cycles, required operations staff, process reliability objectives, quality and production capabilities, ensuring that the Autonomous Maintenance programs are developed.
  • Responsible for Progressive Maintenance and Planning and Scheduling in the area.
  • Teamwork with Line Leader to define outage reduction strategy, technical resource capacity and benchmark with wipes platform/other plants.
  • Member of the Progressive Maintenance pillar of the plant.

Education:

  • Eligible for an internship (enrolled in the university or possibility to obtain a university agreement with strong academic results)
  • University/Bachelor graduate (Industrial Engineering desired)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months.
