As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sure we win with consumers where they take the ultimate purchase decision – In the store, via in-store brand communication and planning, shopper marketing campaigns, and shopper-based design. You will be asked to bring to life communication strategies and interventions of more than 10 brands based on in-depth analysis of wide -data sets including sales, customer insights, shares and competitive activites.
You will need to engage multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies and be the P&G Marketing representative on all Bulgaria key retail partners.

Qualifications
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any business-related field coupled with Brand Management interest/passion
- Evidence of passion for winning, positive attitude towards challenges and changes and perseverance
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to collaborate
- Very good speaking and written command of the English & Bulgarian language
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience in trade marketing will be considered a plus
