Equality & Inclusion - HR Intern

Start date: As soon as possible.

Work schedule: Part-time with flexible working hours.

Duration: 12-18 months.

Location: Interlomas General Offices.

Profile: Active college student of any business, humanities or engineering major.

Qualifications: Graduation date from June 2025 to December 2025.

Join us as an Equity and Inclusion (E&I) HR Intern and be at the forefront of creating a more diverse and equitable environment at P&G. We are looking for students with passion for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function.

You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our E&I network leaders to support the implementation of strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in project management, communication, event planning, and social media engagement while contributing to meaningful initiatives that impact our company culture.

As an E&I Intern in P&G you'll be responsible of:

  • Collaborate with E&I network leaders to align strategies with company objective, share and reapply them to regional teams.

  • Track and analyze E&I network status, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.

  • Assist in organizing regional and global E&I events, managing logistics, translations, and regionalization plans.

  • Develop and maintain an activity system to streamline efforts across regions, utilizing common resources.

  • Manage calendars and communications for E&I initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities.

  • Support the consolidation and updating of communication content, including potential relaunches of campaigns.

  • Aid in creating and executing a social media calendar to promote P&G as an inclusive employer.

Qualifications
  • You are willing to work in Interlomas' General Offices.

  • Strong English verbal and writing skills.

  • Graduation date from June 2025 to December 2025.

  • Communication Skills

  • Operational Discipline and Organization.

  • Display strong leadership, teamwork, analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.

  • Real passion for building new solutions.

  • Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility
