SAP SD Functional IT
In this role, you will work as an SAP SD Functional IT within an agile development team. You will provide SAP SD Functional project leadership across multiple domains (order management, shipping, planning, finance) to deliver industry-leading solutions while collaborating with application owners and/or global teams for requirement clarification and product development. You will also be responsible to find ways to constantly improve development cost, time and quality.
Your team

- Timely technical assessment of project requests as aligned with the business
- Successful, on time and quality implementation of SAP projects based on business requirement and brings value to the company
- Develop personal and team’s expertise in SAP SD and integration to other SAP modules
Responsibilities of the role
- SAP SD Functional Project Leadership across multiple domains (order management, shipping, finance, planning) including identifying key technical risks, mitigations plans, effort estimation and planning
- Perform business blueprint, design and technical assessment of business requests across multiple platforms in P&G
- Perform business process mapping and system/design gap analysis
- Influence business and technical decisions for successful SAP implementation
- Perform SAP Configurations needed by the business based on align timing, cost and with quality
- Perform Unit Testing, Systems Integration testing (SIT) as needed
- Perform Defect and Issue Resolution including code analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in SAP Sales and Distribution module, Experience in other SAP modules and ABAP development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field such as Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science field
- 2 or more years working experience in SAP SD and integration with other domains (Finance, Planning, etc)
- Experience in agile software development and design thinking methodologies is preferred
- Demonstrates a balance of business understanding and technical skills.
- Comfortable working with the technology hands-on if needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others to take action by dissecting sophisticated technical concepts into digestible ideas appropriate for the audience.
- Ability to engage with senior leaders on technology decision discussions related to business value and the end-to-end IT lifecycle.
