Product Supply Engineer

As a Product Supply Manager, you will be working in 2 possible areas:
- Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes: you will be responsible to set up new tool for the long-term capacity plan. You will be responsible for the upstream finished product and material supply management work, and you will lead the process to automate this process.
- Process Engineering for Wipes: you will be responsible to support specific projects of the masterplan (either innovation or manufacturing team) implementing defined engineering work processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for planning and prioritizing, preparing budgets, supervising progress, and keeping team members advised throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Handle the relationship with the client and relevant customers.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skills, and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Qualifications
- University/Bachelor Engineering graduate (Industrial Engineering preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
- Your display positive relationship, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions-oriented attitude.
- Excellent progressive, strategic and confident leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
