Regulatory Affairs Manager- Iberia (m/f/x)

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Regulatory Affair Manager for Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory compliance strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. This role requires a deep understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, environmental sciences.  Master or PhD degrees will be a plus.

  • knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese regulations on consumer goods products (e.g., cosmetics, detergents, medical devices, electrical appliances, etc.). Experience working in Regulatory Affairs is highly valued.

  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese languages.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset. Detail and result-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines. Capable of anticipating and resolving issues.

  • Flexible to flow to the job as needed, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.

  • Good interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder and people management skills. Experience in working / representing company within Industry Associations/Government Department/Authorities will be valued.

  • Good level in MS Office tools. Expertise in other tools like Power BI, Sharepoint, Power Automate, etc. will be a plus
