Managerial full-time position.

Location: Milenio Plant (Irapuato).
Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours.
Profile: Recently graduated from Engineering: Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronic or maximum 3 years confirmed experience.

Whatdoestheworklooklike?
Power Control & Information System Manager joins the manufacturing organization to learn the manufacturing process, build technical skills in Power Systems technology, and deliver improvements to the business by applying current and new technology.
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Responsible for Power system.
- Capability leader for electronic technicians, development training plans.
- Responsible execution projects ensuring the objectives on time.
- Projects reviews with stakeholders and Project Leadership.
- Personal Management.
- Leader for the implementation of preventive systems for the management. of the control network according with cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications
- Live in Irapuato or willing to be relocated.
- Recently graduated from from Engineering: Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronic or maximum 3 years confirmed experience.
- Intermediate / Advanced English. (written and spoken).
- Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
- Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.
- Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
- Basic Electrical Skills.
- Low Voltage Qualification.
- Advanced Sensors and Instrumentation.
- Advanced Controls.
- Advanced Motion and Standards.
- Basic troubleshooting skills using electrical drawings (elementary, single line diagrams).
- Skills to troubleshoot in the field with meters, diagnostic devices, etc.
- Skills to analyze and troubleshoot software-related issues (PLC, VM’s, HMI’s, etc.).
- Problem solving capability (deductive reasoning).
- Communication skills – why/why; follow-up with operators on problems; shift transition.
- Skills to repair or replace low voltage (<1000v) electrical system components.
- Personal computer skills – Excel, Word, SAP Maintenance, Storeroom Systems, Proficy reports (if applicable).
- Skills to perform electrical and instrumentation work following all electrical safety procedures.
