Your Team
This role reports to the Site Engineering Leader. You will be working with multi-functional teams within the function to drive operation results, provide engineering solutions, and eliminate losses for the site.
As a Product Supply Manager, you will have the opportunity to discover P&G's technologies & standards which are worldly recognized. We will help you build your capabilities through the job experience, mentoring, and training.
Engineering – Power, Control, and Information Systems (PC&IS)
Lead the PC&IS portion of a small to medium project, or a portion of a larger project relatively independently (with sufficient coaching) using the engineering and PC&IS work processes, including Power and Control Practices (PCPs).
Execute all of the components of that project as required, includes including, but not limited to:
oDeveloping Scope and a control system architecture
oDeveloping Standards and documents including Design Basis, User requirements document and software design basis
oSpecifying instruments, sensors, actuators (including required calculations)
oSize Sizing and specifying drives and motors (including required calculations)
oSpecifying electrical distribution equipment and protective devices at <1000V
oDeveloping model and simulation, mechatronics, Control Loop Health, and similar tools
oEffectively reviewing and approving standard PC&IS design documents and drawings
oVerifying PC&IS Equipment and installations that meet the regulatory requirements
oTroubleshooting and creating of controls, as well as managing of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and systems (including coding)
oUpholding safety in the plant, and effectively participating in the Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) & the Start-up/ and system improvement activities (including field installations)
Qualifications
- With a Bachelor’s Degree (BS) major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering courses
- Open to fresh graduates to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Background in Power, Control, and Information Systems (PC&IS), and programming is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with a good command of the English language
- Has technical curiosity and creativity
- Ability to be innovative and show initiative
- Possesses strong leadership capabilities and can work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
