We are looking for motivated and commercially aware eCommerce Media Manager with strong digital expertise to join P&G Media Team. In P&G, you will lead multifunctional teams to develop and execute winning growth strategies in order to accelerate our business across multiple brands.

The E-commerce Media Manager will be responsible for leading the planning and activation of Retailer Media & external performance marketing campaigns across multiple P&G Brands and all major Hungarian retailers. The person will be responsible forstrengthening the local eCommerce media strategy, management of agency and vendor marketing operations andoptimizing the campaigns to efficiently deliver incremental sales across multi-million dollar budgets – with the ability to add significant value to P&G from Day 1. 

With us you will:

  • Take ownership for leading the planning and activation of Retailer Media & external performance marketing campaigns across multiple P&G Brands and all major Hungarianretailers.

  • Design strategic interventions on performance marketing mix based on the in-depth analysis of a wide set of data, including sales, shares, consumer insights, media efficiency, competitive activities, etc.

  • Coordinate the work of the multi-functional team, including internal and external partners such as vendor marketing teams, media and creative agencies and you will be working with an international team based across Central Europe and Geneva.

  • Design and lead the eCommerce Media Test&Learn Agenda, explore new digital partnerships and tools, draw conclusions and educate the organization.

Qualifications

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

  • Passion for digital and e-commerce space management and continuous learning.

  • Proven eCommerce media management experience and in-depth understanding of key performance marketing metrics gathered at media agency or in-house environment.

  • Strategic approach grounded in marketing data analytics.

  • Are a courageous leader and collaborator who can envision and energize large cross-functional teams and drive effective media owner relationships.

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills;

  • excellent knowledge of the Hungarian retailer media landscape and put the consumer experience at the heart of activities and decisions.

  • Fluency in English and Hungarian.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.

ADVANTAGE:

  • Hands on experience in leading performance campaigns in the areas ofgoogle search, google shopping, social, price comparison engines (such as Árukereső.hu), retail media, programmatic, SEO;

  • Vendor Marketing experience from local eCommerce players or agency experience in managing performance marketing campaigns.
