Plant Technician

In our manufacturing plants, Plant Technicians are vital to the success of our business at P&G. As a technician, you will work on a team that is responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.
In Vietnam, P&G Indochina Ltd. has 02 plants with details as following:
- Binh Duong Plant: Dong An IP – Binh Hoa Ward – Thuan An City – Binh Duong Province
- Ben Cat Plant: Vietnam – Vinh Tan Ward - Tan Uyen Town – Binh Duong Province.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strictly follow safety & quality standards to provide the perfect quality products to our consumers
- Able to display skills in manufacturing processes to maintain high performance production lines
- Maintaining accurate records and data
Qualifications
- Last year students, or Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree holders with Engineering/STEM background
- No work experience required
- Willing to work in rotating shifts
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
- Good Collaboration to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Vietnamese citizenship only
