INTERNSHIPS/CO-OP/TRAINEE PROGRAMS

At P&G, our student-focused programs include Internships, Co-ops, and Trainee Programs. As a seasonal addition to our team, we offer you the chance to work in a global environment and learn continuously from feedback, coaching, and training sessions.

This is a great opportunity to strengthen your knowledge, your management abilities in real-life situations, and obtain insights into the world of a fast-moving consumer goods company. As an intern, you will:

• Work on your own project within a multi-functional team that includes direct access to senior managers
• Have a dedicated sponsor and/or manager
• Put your skills to work in a challenging environment
• Improve your interpersonal and team skills through practical experience
• Learn to work effectively with people of different nationalities, cultural & educational backgrounds
• Receive robust feedback on your performance via a performance appraisal, just like we appraise our permanent staff
• Write a report and give a presentation to our management team, detailing the results of your work

During your time with us, you'll gain an excellent grounding in what we do. This is a period of mutual trial where you come and work with us and assess us as a future employer while we assess you as a potential fit for our team. Many come back and join us on a permanent basis after they have finished their degree.

We offer short and long-term opportunities for students.  Program duration may differ from one country to another.

STUDENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

There are many ways to engage with P&G that could lead to your first experiences of working with us, including forums, case studies, workshops, classes, initiatives, summits, and seminars. All give you a chance to take a deeper look into the company, and many involve interviews for internships, apprenticeships and full-time positions.

As a participant of one of our Student Development Programs, you will learn more about P&G and the key roles that you could play.  You can also expect:

• To interact with P&G executives, recent hires, and other top students from around the nation
• Gain exposure to the future of technology from an industry-leading company.
• Engage in real-world discussions on what companies are looking for in new employees, cultural and workforce diversity, and future innovation.
• Learn about domestic and international locations where P&G operates. 
• You will have the opportunity to meet and network with countless P&G employees who will be able to answer questions or explain how they are successful at P&G.
• In some programs, you will have the opportunity to interview for an internship, apprenticeship or a full-time position.  You will be able to showcase your skill set, with the possibility of an offer to return to P&G.

We are looking for top undergraduate students currently in their sophomore or junior year.   A strong interest in working for P&G along with demonstrated leadership ability are required.  These Programs typically run from a few days to a full week.
