At P&G, equity and inclusion is a fundamental part of who we are, how we lead communities and how we lead in our industries. This is why we are committed in our efforts to ensure a diverse gender IT workforce to better help the business win through balanced and different perspectives. Within P&G we have a pillar that supports this initiative of women in technology: Women of IT.
Our Costa Rica Chapter
Our San José offices’ Women of IT group was founded approximately 11 years ago. It was born from a need for women in IT who wanted to connect with each other and generate a network of contacts beyond their close areas. The group has been growing and evolving. Our team, now today, has a direct impact on the development, career growth, mentoring, retention and hiring of women in our Technology Hub in San José.
