For example, if one job in marketing appeals to your personality more than another, explore marketing jobs at companies that focus on different niches (like e-commerce versus retail).

This can help expand your perspective and give you more clarity on where your strengths lie within the industry as well as what type of work might be most enjoyable for you personally.
