In P&G Brand Management, our role is to build consumer-preferred brands that create value for consumers, customers, and shareholders. We achieve this through superior products, packaging, brand communication, retail execution, and consumer and customer value equation.
Often referred to as marketing in other companies, we think of brand management in broader terms. Here, you will actually create the brands themselves and oversee every aspect of their success, not just their marketing plans.

FULL-TIME BRAND MANAGER POSITIONS

From Day 1 in an entry level role, you will work directly with your consumers and multi-functional teams to lead business strategy, stewardship and analysis. You will start off working on key brands from the beginning. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership of a brand will quickly grow.

Step 1: Applying Online
This is your opportunity to tell us all about yourself. When you hit apply, you’ll need to add your education information, attach a resume, and answer a questionnaire about specific skills required for the role.
Step 2: Assessments
After you submit your application, you may be directed to take one or more of our online assessments. Our assessments are unique and help us determine if P&G is a good fit for you—and vice versa.
Step 3: Interviews
You can expect to have one-on-one or panel interviews, which may be conducted virtually (online or via a phone call) or in person. Most interviews last around 45-60 minutes.
