P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

Ysabela Flores

Personal Health Care Go-to-Market Quality Assurance Manager

Former Product Supply – Liquids Manufacturing Intern, 2019, Philippines

Please give a short description of the project you managed as an intern.

I developed a production schedule visibility tool in Excel/VBA for Dish Care module to cut down daily planning duration and proposed key improvement projects for WIP loss minimization.

Describe the P&G culture you were immersed in. What was your favorite part about working in this environment?

Win culture! Even the smallest activities are intentional and deliberate in achieving the big business goals, and everyone does their best and helps each other out willingly (especially an intern like me!) to enable all to play their respective unique roles in the team.

How has P&G helped you develop desired skills or achieve your professional goals?

I was pushed to my boundaries definitely! I learned (and still learning in the new role now) to dare put myself out there to get the answers that are crucial to my learning and speak up during discussions with an openness to valuable feedback, despite my initial shyness and fear of failure and embarrassment.
