When I joined P&G Korea as a sales intern, I was responsible of planning How-to-win in Oliveyoung B&C—Korea’s biggest drug retailer. I was the project manager from Day 1, where I had to actively participate and fully own the whole procedure. Handling and utilizing numerous resources to figure out the root cause and opportunities were key to success.
P&G valued me as an equal—not as an extra working force. My P&G line manager and coach were there to have my back, which gave me all the reasons to be more creative. It only took 60 days for me to plan and influence a large scale of business.
Now I am an account manager of Baby Care, eDistributor in Korea market. It amazes me every day by the level of impact I am giving in a national scale. This is definitely a place for an infinite growth.
