P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

Former Finance & Accounting (APAC Hair Care) Intern, 2019, Singapore

Please give a short description of the project you managed as an intern.

During my internship, I managed a competitive pricing intelligence project for Hair Care in the Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand markets.

For this project, I conducted analysis on the various market landscapes and on our competitor's pricing strategy. Based on that, built a predictive pricing dashboard that predicts when and how our competitor may take pricing actions and came up with a potential pricing recommendation that significantly increased our net profit.

Describe the P&G culture you were immersed in. What was your favorite part about working in this environment?

I was immersed in a very supportive and trusting environment during my internship. Everyone in the Business Unit, including those from a different function or a higher management level, were very open to listening to my recommendations and provide feedback to improve my ideas even when they were not involved in the project. People that I met were willing to teach and guide me on concepts that they have mastered during their years in P&G. My favorite part about working in this environment is that even though I was an intern, I was already treated as if I am a full time employee that will be staying for long. I was given the autonomy and trust to work on what is believed to create an impact on the business from Day 1 yet receive support whenever it was required.

How has P&G helped you develop desired skills or achieve your professional goals?

P&G has very deliberate trainings, both in the form of courses and on the job, which help me to understand the business and build on skills that is required to excel in what I do. P&G also helped me to get exposed to multinational projects, working with higher level management, and getting professional mentorship which are all not easily attainable in school or fresh out of college.
