P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

COVID-19 Information & Updates

At P&G, part of “Doing Good Everyday” means putting you first. At this time, we are taking precautionary measures to keep you and our team safe. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our candidates as the situation evolves. Please continue to check this site for relevant and timely information.

P&G has implemented enhanced precautionary measures, including the cancellation of recruiting events that involve large groups of people. We continue accepting and processing applications for full-time jobs and internship opportunities. Given the uncertainty around the spread of COVID-19, in most countries we have moved entirely to virtual interviews to minimize potential health risks. We appreciate your flexibility as we work to ensure a great and safe experience for our candidates and employees.

STEPPING UP AS A FORCE FOR GOOD

In service to people everywhere who are caring for their families and communities, all day, every day, P&G people are stepping up and serving others as a force for good.

P&Gers are working hard to make sure people have the trusted products they need to clean, take care of their personal health and hygiene, and create healthy homes for their families. We’re serving communities holistically with our time, talent, and technical capability. And we’re doing all of this while taking care of ourselves and each other — ensuring we work smartly and safely.

In summary, P&G as a company is stepping up to be there for those who have always been there for us – our employees, our customers, our consumers, and the communities where we live, work, and play.

In this unprecedented time, everything we do is guided by three core principles:

  • Protecting the health and well-being of P&G people
  • Serving consumers around the world who count on our brands and the benefits they provide
  • Supporting communities, relief agencies and people who are on the front lines of this global pandemic.

Taken together, they ensure P&G will be there for the employees, consumers and communities who have always been there for us.

Around the world, P&Gers are helping each other and the wider to community, and in many varied and valuable ways. We couldn’t do what we normally do without them, and in this challenging time, our employees are even more amazing. We are forever grateful to each and every one of our team for their united efforts in the fight against COVID-19.

On March 22, our P&G Home Care team in Gattatico, Italy, volunteered to keep production lines running for four extra hours to produce bleach to donate to hospitals throughout the country through the Red Cross. They wrote on each case, “ANDRA’ TUTTO BENE,” or “Everything will be alright.” In four hours, the team produced 45,000 bottles for 70 hospitals across Italy.

FINDING NEW WAYS TO CARE FOR OURSELVES, OUR COMMUNITY AND THE PLANET

From Virginie Helias, P&G’s Chief Sustainability Officer

Like many of you, I can’t remember the last time I spent so much time at home. The coronavirus crisis has made some things simpler and others vastly more challenging – time seems distorted, we feel the need to simplify our lives and rituals have become important to give us a sense of control. And as we spend more time at home caring for our own and our families’ physical and mental health, we are changing our habits in ways that impact ourselves, our homes and the world around us.
