P&G Wins Company of the Year for the 6th Consecutive Year at 2020 ROI Festival
At this year's ROI Festival in Shangai, P&G won the “Company of the Year” and collected a total of 27 awards. Notably, Markus Strobel, the P&G Global Skin & Personal Care President, Winnie Yang, the P&G GC Fem Care President, and Rene Co, the P&G GC Communications Vice President received great reviews for leading the most anticipated session of the Festival – P&G’s exclusive keynote presentation on “The Power of Brand Ambition”. Additionally, Marc Pritchard joined the ROI Festival Gala for the evening gala via Zoom, sharing how P&G and its brands strive to be a Force for Growth and Force for Good during the pandemic.

Markus Strobel, P&G Global Skin & Personal Care President, delivers a keynote presentation on “The Power of Brand Ambition” The ROI Festival, now on its 13th year, is China’s largest and most prestigious business creativity awards platform that recognizes advertising, marketing and PR campaigns that build businesses and deliver maximum return on investment. The four-day event included 48 plenary sessions hosted by various companies and closes with the awards ceremony on the last evening. Despite the pandemic, this year saw an amazing number of entries submitted by over 600 advertisers and agencies. Markus Strobel shot the keynote speech video for the P&G plenary session on “The Power of Brand Ambition”. He talked about the power of building the Brand Ambition and shared the tips and cases of China Safeguard, US Olay and China Whisper Brand Ambition programs. After his talk, Winnie Yang and Rene Co further brought life to the concepts Markus talked about with a deep dive into the China Whisper 5-year experience on “Like A Girl”. This marks the fifth year of “Like a Girl” in China – it was launched 5 years ago on the ROI Festival stage. |
