P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

Our Roles - Project/Program Manager

Key responsibility: Define an IT Product strategy, starting by creating an inspiring Product vision and managing a global product roadmap including disruptive innovation. Collaborate with a diverse, multi-functional team, and across regions, with the purpose of maximizing value for the business. 

The Product/Program Manager work closely with the engineers, designers, business collaborators and users, to guide products from conception to launch. This will bridge the technical and business worlds by delivering the products that users love. It involves developing and completing best-in-class product roadmaps that advance our mission. To be successful the candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. They will also have enough technical / business background to work with all team members and business partners. We are looking for a proven ability to implement strategically, and someone who is excited to take on new or revitalize existing products.
