Our Roles - Operations Manager

Key responsibility: Lead standard methodologies in IT operations, be hands-on in understanding solution technology and architecture to deliver high quality and cost-effective platforms. 

As an Operations Manager, you will be using strong technical and social skills to lead end-to-end service delivery for the cloud-based applications and platforms in production. A key element of this role is to ensure operational excellence by driving simplification, automation and effective collaboration by all partners in a service delivery process. The responsibilities of the Operations Manager includes all aspects of IT service management including overall quality, controls, and financial management of services in scope. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and will enjoy working with various internal and external partners globally to achieve operational objectives. 

Key Stack/Framework for this role: ITIL, SRE, Agile/DevOps, Azure, Power BI, UX/UI, Zephyr
