P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

What types of roles are available in IT?

We have a wide variety of jobs in IT, both business- and tech-oriented. How long does the recruitment process take?

The length of the process depends on the specific position, but it usually takes around a few weeks. This is also dependent on the time of year.

 

Is hybrid work available?

Due to the COVID pandemic outbreak, hybrid work has become part of our day to day work. The future work schema will depend on the pandemic situation in the future.

 

What specific technologies do you work with at P&G?

If any of our roles require knowledge of any specific technology, it will be stated in the job description. What is very welcomed is good “sensing” of the newest technologies. We offer a lot of training opportunities so you will be able to learn new skills along the way.

 

What is the difference between an internship and a traineeship?

Internship is crafted for people starting from 3rd year of Bachelor studies who would like to gain first experience in IT. It lasts 3 months. When it comes to traineeship, it is mostly for soon-to-be graduates or people graduated within last 12 months. The duration of traineeship is from 6 to 12 months. Both internship and traineeship can be part time and full time. Regardless of the job type, you will receive meaningful projects from Day 1.
