P&G facilitates your search via TalentBrew, a job matching tool developed by TMP Worldwide. TalentBrew uses the LinkedIn application to extract job relevant information from a user’s LinkedIn profile (name, email, city, experience, education, skills & endorsements, recommendations, accomplishments and interests). P&G processes your data pursuant to its Candidate Privacy Notice.

We use that information to run an automated keyword-based comparison against P&G’s job descriptions and then present our available roles sorted by order of relevancy to your qualifications. The encrypted user data is only cached within our servers for 24 hours to save time for returning users. We do not access, process or store this information except to provide the job matching service

CASSANDRA POON - BRAND MANAGER

On Day 1, I was in a unique opportunity to be an ‘owner’ on the business as opposed to just a marketer. I currently work as a Brand Manager for Oral B. This means that I am involved across the whole business – working with cross-functional teams to guide the vision and strategy, develop the marketing plans, and bring them to life with exciting marketing tactics. Everyday I’m working on something different. One day I could be in a studio recording with voiceover artists for a new television copy, another day I could be assessing new products to launch with a global team.

Working at P&G means I have many different 'hats'. There are multiple responsibilities and tasks I need to juggle which can be difficult at times. However, my team at P&G always help me out. It’s important to prioritise and manage expectations with your stakeholders.

One of the best things about P&G is the multicultural and diverse environment. I would say the most important characteristics are proactiveness, readiness to learn and a love for working with different people. To get a brand role with P&G, you’ll need an entrepreneurial spirit and excitement for innovation. My advice to anyone applying is to stay curious and to talk to people! Talking to people with different experiences will give you invaluable perspective, and that’s what we want at P&G.
