Susan’s Innovation Inspiration

Every year in the US, half a million babies are born prematurely. When Susan learned that parents of these babies did not have access to a preemie-sized diaper, she got to work.

Susan met with NICU nurses to understand how they would design the perfect preemie diaper, and she took her findings back to the P&G lab to start the innovation process.
