I’ve worked in brand and marketing for 20 years and rarely do you see the culture of an organization align top to bottom. The public view of P&G as an organization I read up on before joining, was reinforced during onboarding, but what is most impressive is seeing this day to day through its people.

This goes beyond the projects I am working on and the IT team I am a part of, I’ve had guidance, advice and support from other teams, SPOCs, people I have been referred to, and thanks to this I have learnt and done so much already at P&G.
