Incorporated in Malaysia in 1989, we are a joint venture company with The Procter & Gamble Company, USA, the world largest consumer product company, producing oleochemical materials for P&G products as well as for the merchant raw material markets in Europe and Asia. The company has over 30 years of successful global operations. We are located in a world class industrial estate alongside many exciting new projects including East Cost Rail Link (ECRL), a future international airport which is set to open in 2026. It is also close to the South China Sea with proximity to some of the best local beaches and islands (Tioman, Redang, Perhentian) as well as other natural wonders such as our National Park. There are many fishing and hunting places nearby, and we are just 3-hours drive to Kuala Lumpur, the exciting capital city of Malaysia. |
ABOUT OUR MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
This program offers training and leadership opportunities to young talents who are capable of leading the company into the future. Be prepared to be challenged in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced environment as you build a foundation during our 1–2year management trainee program where you will be given opportunities to take up significant leadership responsibilities.
You will have the opportunity to work across divisions, participate in technical and innovative projects, and gain leadership exposure as we mold you to become a future leader. You will be given world class career experience at one of the top Oleochemicals Plants in Malaysia, with access for training from the P&G global network.
We are seeking highly motivated graduates to be part of our Management Trainee Program in Engineering, Material, Process & Delivery (MPD) and Supply Network Operations (SNO), with the potential exposure to roles in other disciplines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Excellent academic record with First Class results
- High learning agility and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and good team management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
Material, Process & Delivery (MPD) | Project Engineering | Supply Network Operations (SNO) |
Provides technical support and expertise in delivering plant saving, product initiatives, new material and supplier qualifications, new system qualifications, quality improvement and technical management systems with excellence. | Lead and manage engineering projects for the plant in order to help the area achieve key measures (safety, quality, and cost). | Build and accelerate sustainable and scalable SN capabilities to support planning and logistics that enables profitable growth through winning agile supply network solutions. |
