"P&G provided me with useful resources, leaders' guidance, positive learning and continuous improvement culture"

Joining P&G first as an intern and then as a new hire has been such a challenging yet fulfilling journey. As an Engineering & Economics fresh graduate with no background in Supply Chain management, P&G provided me with useful resources, leaders' guidance, positive learning and continuous improvement culture which allowed me to have a successful start-up and career since.
What I love most is our commitment to Our Purpose, Values and Principles, which truly is the "DNA" that binds us across nationalities, functions and levels, and not simply a lip service. There is strong autonomy and accountability expected of each of us, be it for day-to-day work priorities or longer-term career planning, while leaders and peers are always ready to help. I also had the privilege to lead the P&G PS Internship Program in the past 2 years, which has been immensely rewarding.
