Choosing a career in sales gave me the opportunity to run a business from the very first day at P&G. I was assigned to run the Giant business, and this meant that I was accountable for every order that was placed, for the execution of initiatives that were launched, and ensuring the success of P&G’s partnership with Giant. It was stressful and really challenging
I had not expected to take on so much responsibility on day one. However, the tougher the challenge, the sweeter the victory. I will never forget the joy of witnessing my first initiative launch being brought to life, knowing that I had made the difference to getting it there.
