R&D PRODUCTS RESEARCH (Upstream Human Centered Innovation) - ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST
Come and join a dynamic team of strong innovators inspired by consumer research, hands-on experimentation, and fundamental science. We are working on upstream innovations in new and disruptive consumer products opportunity areas. The work is located in the Mason Business Center. In this position you will develop holistic consumer propositions through in depth understanding of consumer, product, package and technology, in partnership with multi-functional peers. You will drive project direction and decision making based on learning and insights from project/program level learning plans, and/or competitive landscape and business environment understanding. As an advanced practitioner of a broad range of PR craft you will coach, train, and develop capability for our upstream organization and PRIDE Community of Practice.

Qualifications
Required:
- A Bachelors or Masters in a STEM associated field (Chemistry, Biology, Math, Engineering, Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Material Science or related field)
- Currently reside within commuting distance to the office or can relocate to Greater Cincinnati, Ohio

We are looking for an individual who is innovative, creative, and acts as a problem solver and team player on a multi-disciplinary R&D team. The R&D team spans Chemistry, Life Sciences, Material, Packaging, Design and Digital skill sets. This individual can work on highly complex and uncertain projects; can lead new ways of thinking; interact and influence both internally and externally. Importantly, this individual will develop deep insights for the consumer pain/problem and be able to collaborate to translate these insights into solution proposals of "how might we?".
